P80 Cutting Torch Tip Electrode Nozzle

The Electrode is made by Oxygen-free copper as the material in which there is high quality Hafnium (the DIY version is zirconium) embedded, which guarantee the best electrical conductivity and cutting dynamic energy.

The Nozzle Shield is made by CuCrZr, which brings longer life and abrasive resistance. In addition, precision-processed consumables will be combined well with cutting torch and machine by high compatibility.

This Torch Consumables are compatible with P80 Plasma Cutting Torch and similar copies; And it is suitable for Plasma Cutting Machine CUT-70 CUT-80 CUT-100 CUT-120.

The Electrode is High Quality Hafnium Embedded.
It is the almost the same to the original ones.

C. Standard Version.

The Electrode is Hafnium Embedded.
It is the common type on the market.

D. DIY Version.

The Electrode is Zirconium Embedded, and the surface treatment is not as good as other version.
It is the common type on internet, the price is super competitive.
Its performance is not as good as original one but cost very low, it is still OK for DIY home application.
